Founder, Michael Mullins has been in the fitness business since age 16, when he first began to work for Gold’s Gym, taking part in repairing fitness equipment that needed service. He continued to learn many trades and increased his knowledge as he worked for Fortune 500 Companies. He worked for Bally Total Fitness as an Facility Engineer Technician for six years and at 24 Hour Fitness as Facilities Maintenance Manager / Technician II, for six years also. He soon became a well known technician who took part in accountability and ownership, not to mention he also designed, developed and implemented a preventative maintenance program logs that were used in multiple clubs nation-wide. This changed the way that Operations and the Maintenance Departments interacted. The Maintenance Logs ensure proper compliance and provided guidelines for both sides and it helped provide superior club operations in all areas including but not limited to:
